So disappointed

Ring giveaway night. We were in line by 3:30 for gates to open at 5:00. We formed a straight line from the gate entrance down the sidewalk. By the looks of the crowd we should have definitely received a ring. However the Stripers Organization did NOT prepare. By the time they opened the gates they had allowed people to form a mob. And allow families of 5-8 to run up and jump in line at the last minute. It was a zoo. Lots of heartbroken kids who had stood in line with parents. I blame the Stripers. Should have gave out vouchers as people got in line should have set up better security. Oh yeah. They added three more games to give away the rings but they are all on school nights and they are only giving away 950-750 rings each night. What a JOKE!!!!!! Management needs some event training!!!!!!!!!!!!
